This Contract is for the purpose of hiring Beth Palser, Beth Palser Studios to create an Original Watercolor painting of a subject matter elected
by the Artist and Client Party. Artist retains all creative rights and reproduction/copyrights.

                   Quarter Sheet (approximately 10"x 14")  ______
                   Miniature (approximately 8"x 6")             ______

Matting and backing will be 100% Acid Free. Matting will be white and frame choices will be offered by Artist. Framing, Matting and Glazing
outside of Artist's choices will require additional costs to the Client. Design to be exclusive right of the Artist. Artwork will require 4-6 months
for full sheet, 3-4 months for half sheet, 2-3 months for quarter sheet and 1-2 months for a miniature. Completion of painting is based on recept
of initial deposit. Work to commence upon clearing of initial deposit and signed executed contract.

Price and Payment:  Price: ____________ to be paid as follows: To begin Artwork a 1/3 Non-Refundable deposit is required ____________.
Balance of payment ____________ is due upon completion of work. Artwork will be shipped upon receipt of final payment. All sales are final
If final payment is not received within 30 days notice of completion the Client will forfeit their deposit and Artwork. At this point, the Artist
then has the right to sell the original painting. All shipping and handling costs to be paid by the Client, which Artist determines after painting is
packaged for shipment. A 6% Pa. Sales tax is applicable, unless the artwork will be shipped to another state. Payments can be mailed to Artist
Studio in Check form or Credit Card Payments can be arranged by phone. (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discovery Cards are
accepted.
